Breakfast around 8am. Excellent again.
We leave around 9.30am and drive to Glomtinden.
We start our hike till halfway as it is difficult with all the rocks. We use our drone for the first time, nice! Then back to the car where we meet a nice couple from Texas and have a chat.
Then we drive to Djevelporten, we start the hike, first part is marked as difficult with 500m upwards with only stairs.
Second is marked as strenuous but we did not do that and after the stairs we first use our drone again and then go back as the weather is also changing and dark clouds are coming.
The stairs are quite difficult as the steps are sometimes quite high.
Then we go back and drive to the hotel and as it is raining now we go to the Magic Ice Lofoten (and ice bar) just around the corner.
We get tickets and we get warm poncho’s and gloves as it is -7°C. We also get two drinks included in our tickets... white wine whith berry liquor and Patrick’s second drink is Jägermeister. It is really cold inside.
We have a nice chat with the girl at the bar, Lucy... she comes from Slovakia and works in Svolvaer in the summer.
Then we walk around Svolvær harbour and by 5pm we get back to the hotel to relax and a nice warm shower.
We go back to Bacalao for dinner and both have reindeer-moose burger.
